Mix in March - Dinner with Friends

There is excitement in the Outreach Team as we plan for a new idea here at Lakewood. On Saturday, March 13th, at 6:00pm you are invited to join us for an evening of connecting with others and making new friends. A dinner will be shared and used as a time of getting to know each other better. Everyone will meet in the Gathering Room to start with an appetizer and social time. We will then split down into smaller groups and invited to the main course which will be served in various class rooms. The main course will be hosted by two couples with each room having a different menu selected by the hosts. Following the main course everyone will meet together in the Fellowship Hall for dessert. The purpose of this special event is to mix us up so that we meet someone new. We need you to catch the same excitement and get involved...and here is how:

Sign up to attend on the list at the Welcome Center in the Gathering Room
Invite someone else to also sign up...spread the word!
Bring a dessert! We will have a dessert smorgasbord and everyone is asked to help with this.
Consider prayfully if you might offer to be a host/hostess for the main course. The hosts will work together to plan and provide a meal for approximately 10-12 people. If you would be willing to share in this way pease contact John Waite or the church office.
